A study on personal service in the digital room

How can todays digital companies make sure that they keep their current costumers happy and loyal? How can they give the same felling and impression to the customers online as in a physical store?

In this study, these are the questions I wanted an answer for. I Interviewed 25 companies, big and small, to see how they worked with it.
